1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and guide-request forms: your name, email, phone (if provided), project type, and the message you write.
• Pre-Design Questionnaire (Google Forms): project details you choose to share.
• Email correspondence: the content of messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4): if you accept cookies, we record page views, referring site, approximate location (city or region), device type, and time on page. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.
• Server logs (Netlify): our host records standard request logs (IP, timestamp, requested URL) for security and performance.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use one analytics cookie set through Google Analytics 4 only after you accept it in the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load analytics at all, and no banner appears. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for naluarchitecture.com.

3. How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry and deliver requested guides.
• Follow up on projects you have asked about.
• Occasionally send project-relevant updates. You can opt out of email at any time.
• Improve the site through aggregated analytics.
• Comply with legal, tax, or professional-licensing obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that operate the site and its automations (Netlify, Google Workspace, Zapier, Google Analytics), each bound by their own privacy terms.
• Professionals engaged on your project — for example, structural engineers or plan-check consultants — only after you have retained us and only for work related to your project.
• Government agencies when required for permitting or by law.

5. Data retention

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we may reasonably need them for follow-up, tax, or professional-liability record retention (typically 10 years after project completion, per California statutes of repose for architecture services). Analytics data is retained on Google's default 14-month window.

6. Security

Site traffic runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure. Email is hosted by Google Workspace. No system is fully secure — please do not send sensitive information (financial, medical, protected health) through the public forms on this site.

7. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — we do neither.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email info@naluarchitecture.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.

8. EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for analytics), our legitimate interests (responding to inquiries), and compliance with legal obligations. 9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services (Google Forms, YouTube, LinkedIn). Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site. We do not control and are not responsible for those services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page along with a new effective date.
