We work with commercial landlords, developers, and business owners on new buildings, tenant improvements (TIs — the drawing set for outfitting a leased space for a new business), additions, and adaptive reuse of older buildings for new tenants. Every set is coordinated with the landlord's requirements, the city's entitlements, and the contractor's means and methods so all three are working from the same page.
